​To become a member of the Keystone Division of TCA, complete the new member application form to the right. Annual membership runs on a calendar year from January 1st to December 31st. The benefits of membership include pre-paid admission to the Keystone train meets for the current year and the early entry to the train meets at 8 AM. Upon payment of the dues, the member’s information is recorded by the Keystone Division and a membership card is issued.
